How to use:
Mix 15–20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream activating emulsion with 2 cm of your chosen RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow colour to create a smooth paste. Then apply it to your dry, clean eyebrows and eyelashes and leave it on for 5–10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity. After finishing, wipe off any excess colour with a cotton pad and finish cleaning.
