How to apply:

Rinse your mouth out once or twice a day with a full capful of undiluted mouthwash for 30 seconds. Then spit out. Do not swallow or rinse afterwards. For long-lasting effects, mouthwash is best used at night. Best used in combination with Elmex toothpaste.
