How to use:
Always apply in the evening to your clean face and neck. Use twice a week for the first two weeks, every other evening for the next two weeks, and then every evening.

Allow it to be absorbed, then apply a moisturizer, ideally Medik8 Advanced Night Restore, which is designed for use after vitamin A.

Use a sun cream while using products containing vitamin A.

Medik8 products with retinaldehyde are made in 4 various strength levels. For beginners we recommend starting with Crystal Retinal 1 (0.01%), then proceed to Crystal Retinal 3 (0.03% of retinal) all the way up to Crystal Retinal 20 (0.2%), which is available only on the recommendation of experts.
