About the brand Mühle

A heritage brand devoted to the art of traditional shaving. Mühle combines German engineering, utilitarian design and decades of craftsmanship.

The company’s roots date back to 1945 when Otto Johannes Müller began producing shaving brushes in a small workshop in the Ore Mountains. Despite difficult periods in the company’s history, including nationalisation in East Germany, the Müller family preserved the brand’s expertise and rebuilt the business after reunification. Today Mühle continues to grow internationally while remaining a family-led company.

The modern Mühle portfolio includes everything needed for a classic wet shave. Customers can choose from carefully balanced Mühle razors and safety razors, durable Mühle razor blades and precisely crafted Mühle shaving brushes. With shaving creams, accessories and elegant shaving sets, the brand combines traditional techniques with contemporary design.
