How to use:
Activate the heating by squeezing and rubbing the grey capsule; the liquid will begin to heat up and solidify. If activation fails, try shaking first and then pressing the grey capsule. Then put the gel wrap in the thermal insulation case and insert the bottle. The baby bottle should be completely in the package, then pull down with the help of the string.  For a standard bottle size, use the patents for sealing in the package.  
Reactivated in an electric steriliser or with boiling water.
