Queen highlighter
Not even the best bronzer alone could make your makeup look as flawless as when you pair it with a matching highlighter. Whether you reach for a liquid or powder version, stick to a warmer shade, such as a subtle bronze or champagne colour. The shimmer, resembling the glistening beads of sand below the surface of the ocean, will take your sun-kissed look to a whole new level. Personally, I can’t get enough of the Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess bronzer in the heat wave shade.
Bronze eyelids
It’s often said that earthy tones look good on everyone. That’s only partially true, as we still look for undertones even when it comes to brown shades. But if we have a bit of a tan, we can usually pull off warmer colours. Bronze shades with red undertones bring out green eyes, while golden peachy tones go with blue eyes.
Those with brown eyes can pull off any colours they want. In the video, I played around with the MAC Cosmetics Connect In Colour Eye Shadow Palette 6 shades in the bronze influence shade, which offers a range of sunset-coloured combinations.
