Do you ever feel like a carved pumpkin? Why not add some makeup to emphasise that feeling?! We’re kidding, of course, because once you’ve created this spooky Halloween look, you’ll actually end up feeling absolutely great! As the queen (or king!) of the night!
Want to look super-spooky this Halloween? Try doing your Halloween makeup in the style of a spooky pumpkin – making you the centre of attention at any Halloween party. A few brush strokes, a touch of creative magic, and you’ll look as though you’ve just escaped from a bewitched garden.
Prepare your black and orange eyeshadow and a proper dose of courage for your pumpkin makeup! You’ll be the star at every Halloween party this year!
1. Using the Max Factor Kohl Kajal Liner, colour in your eyebrows from the middle out to the outer tip and darken your inner eye line and the upper and lower lids. Smudge the line slightly so that there are no sharp edges.
2. Use the black from the NYX Professional Makeup Ultimate Utopia palette to add colour to your upper and lower lids.
3. Starting from the lower lashes, use your black eye pencil to draw two lines down your cheeks, then smudge them gently with an eyeshadow brush. Draw a line upwards from each eyebrow. In the inner corner, draw a sharp point.
4. Take the XX by Revolution LUXX palette and use the bitter peach luxx shade to add colour to the dark makeup you’ve just applied.
5. Intensify your look with a darker shade of orange, then use a brush to draw on the “curves” of the pumpkin that run up and down – from the hollows of the cheeks and above and below the lips.
6. Slightly darken each individual curve and blend with a dark shade from the NYX Professional Makeup Ultimate Utopia palette. Add colour to the inside of the resulting smile.
7. Outline your lips with a soft black pencil and then fill them in. Gently smudge the pencil around the lips.
8. Achieve a dramatic look with the extravagant NYX Professional Makeup Halloween Jumbo Lash!, spiky fringe false eyelashes. Apply them using the Ardell Duo Quickset adhesive.
9. Set your finished look with the L’Oréal Paris Infaillible 36H makeup setting spray.
