How to use:
1. Always cleanse your skin before starting the procedure. Use the sponge included, which also gently exfoliates the skin.
2. Apply a face oil to the entire face.
3. Then squeeze the cup gently and place it on the skin (this will create suction), moving the cup along your face in the desired direction. For a lifted look, stick to upward and outward motions.
4. Continue for as long as the massage feels pleasant.
The larger cups are suitable for larger areas such as your cheeks and forehead. The smaller cups are ideal for the areas around your mouth and eyes.
Do not stop moving the cup when applying suction – the cup should always remain in continuous motion. Do not use on skin with fresh scars, after exposure to the sun, dermatological procedures, etc. Steam the cups or wash them in hot water after use.
