How to use:
Only attach the shield to dry, clean breasts. Before the first and subsequent uses, wash the steriliser case in warm water using a gentle washing-up liquid and rinse thoroughly. 

Fill the case with 25 ml of pre-boiling water. Put the nipple shield inside the case. Close the case properly and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes at 750-1000 W. Before taking the sterilising case out of the microwave always allow 5 minutes for it to cool down.
