How to apply:
Soak a cotton ball with makeup remover. Gently apply essence PRIME LIKE A BOSS to the eye area, holding it in place for a few seconds, and then carefully wipe downwards to remove the makeup. If needed, repeat the process using a fresh cotton ball.
