How to apply:
Remove the cap to reveal the built-in sharpener. Carefully insert Eveline Cosmetics Eyeliner Pencil into the sharpener and twist gently to sharpen the tip. Sharpen the crayon to your preferred level of sharpness for optimal application. Apply the eyeliner crayon along your lash line, working from the inner to the outer corner.
