How to use:
This activating emulsion is to be used with the Topchic Permanent Hair Color or the Oxycur Platin bleach. Topchic 3% is designed for dyeing your hair darker, 6% for lightening by 1 shade or for covering grey hair, and 9-12% for lightening by 2 to 4 shades.
