As the first amber fragrance to be created for men, Habit Rouge was inspired by equestrianism, the pastime that was dear to its creator, Jean-Paul Guerlain. First released in 1965, Habit Rouge’s woody, spicy fragrance enveloped with round vanilla became an olfactory symbol of French elegance.
