About the brand Hourglass

Hourglass is redefining beauty with innovation, performance, and purpose. Founded in 2004 by Carisa Janes, this cruelty-free, vegan brand has become a new standard in sophisticated, cruelty-free cosmetics. The brand range contains makeup and skincare products designed with your well-being and conscious choices in mind.

From the start, Hourglass committed to protecting animals – never testing on them and officially going 100% vegan in 2020. One of its boldest innovations, Red 0, is the world’s first vegan alternative to carmine – a red pigment made from crushed insects. It’s a beauty breakthrough with zero animal by-products and zero compromise.

Hourglass cosmetics are designed to be kind for your skin while allowing you to create the look you desire. Want your eyes to steal the spotlight? Try Hourglass mascara.
