Composition of the fragrance
The pleasantly earthy notes of patchouli and cashmere wood linger throughout the entire composition of Perles de Lalique and give the fragrance an unusual depth with a touch of elegance. At first these essences are accompanied by floral accents, mainly that of Bulgarian rose, which stands out because of its uniquely feminine and sweet but spicy aroma. The floral and spicy accords uncover the notes of bourbon pepper. The cashmere base, which gives the fragrance its refined nature, is complemented by patchouli.
Story of the fragrance
Perles de Lalique is inspired by the iconic glass compact “Cactus” designed by René Lalique himself in 1928. The fragrance, created by the perfumer Nathalie Lorson, was launched in 2006 and won the Marie Claire magazine award for the best fragrance a year later.
