A floral urban scent where roses meet rain on warm asphalt
After the rain, city life can smell like wet pavement, flower stalls and green leaves. Memo Paris Portobello Road eau de parfum captures that bright London moment through a floral, green and lightly earthy composition, balancing rose, myrtle, clary sage and an original asphalt accord with the elegance of a refined niche scent.
- floral green fragrance
- contrasts dewy flowers and aromatic leaves with a rain-soaked asphalt accord
- unisex scent
Composition of the fragrance:
Mandarin essence from Madagascar brings a luminous citrus opening, joined by the green brightness of myrtle essence and green leaf. Rose essence and rose absolute then create a floral centre with softness and colour, while clary sage adds aromatic clarity. Vetiver essence from Madagascar, patchouli essence and a rain accord give the scent its damp, earthy and urban trail, with the asphalt effect adding an unusual city texture.
Story of the fragrance:
Memo Paris Portobello Road eau de parfum is built around the brilliance that appears after rain in the heart of a lively London street. Portobello Road is not treated here as a postcard, but as a place in motion – market produce, flowers, coloured façades, damp pavement and the shared energy of the city. Aliénor Massenet’s composition reflects that rhythm through the contrast of dewy florals and warm asphalt, giving the scent its unusual tension between nature and urban life. The flacon motif was created by British artist Kate Daudy as an abstract vision of her favourite London neighbourhood, seen like a map from above and shaped as a colourful collage.
