How to apply:
Apply a thin layer of the NeoNail Cover Base Protein base coat to cleansed nails and cure in an LED or UV lamp. Repeat the process until you achieve the desired nail structure. You can then apply the chosen coloured hybrid polish and again place in the LED/UV lamp. Finally, apply a layer of gel polish top coat and clean off the dispersion layer.
