How to apply:
First, remove all impurities from your nails, mattify them with a file, and degrease them. Next, apply a base coat to your nails, and harden it with a LED/UV lamp. Apply a reasonable amount of gel to the inside of the template, use a brush dipped in degreaser to smooth it out and achieve the desired length. Then apply the template to the nail plate, press it down gently and harden again with the lamp. Remove the template from the nail and file the shape you want.
