How to use:

1. Open the pack with your dry fingers and remove the whitening tape. Hold it between your thumb and middle finger so you can part your lips with your index finger. After inserting it into your mouth, the tape must first touch your teeth.
2. Moisten your teeth with your tongue and apply the tape straight along your gum line. Make sure that your mouth and lips are as open as possible and that the tape has enough room to fit properly.
3. After applying the tape, re-wet it with your tongue to ensure a good fit and activation. Then repeat the procedure for your second row of teeth.
