    Very old expired product and very poor service
    400 ml
    Notino sent bottles of very old expired product (old packaging that was replaced with new packaging more than 3 years ago!) and then after I brought this up, they refused to replace or refund them. Only after escalation did Notino come back to offer to pay for me sending them back. But then after I sent them back and informed them, Notino has refused to engage any further. Notino is refusing to refund or replace the items, and if refusing to honour their commitment to refund the return postage.
