    I picked this up thinking it would be a good, cheaper dupe for the Stila waterproof eyeliner—but sadly, it didn’t work out. It’s definitely not waterproof. I have monolids, and within an hour it had smudged all over my under-eyes. I legit looked like a panda… super embarrassing. If you’re looking for something that actually stays put, this isn’t it. The only upside is that it’s not too pricey, so at least I didn’t waste a ton of money.

    Best eyeliner I've ever had! I work in lots of different weather conditions, sometimes in the rain and after all day it still looks great but very easy to remove at the end of the day. Definitely recommend!
