How to apply:
Start by using the tip of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz pencil to outline the lower edge of the brow from the centre outwards. Smudge the line out slightly, then draw the upper outline in the same way. Finally, fill in individual hairs with short strokes in the direction of natural hair growth. Focus especially on sparse areas. Brush through your brows with a spoolie for a natural finish.
