Detoxify your body and relieve strained muscles. Allnature Epsom bath salt with its high magnesium and sulphate content allows you to do both. Method of use:
Fill the bath with warm water and then add the Epsom salt. For every 25-30 kg of weight, add 0.5 cup (1 dcl) of salt. Then have a bath for at least 40 minutes.
For internal use, mix 2-6 teaspoons (10-30 g) of salt in 250 ml of water and drink immediately. Beneficial effects occur between 30 minutes and 6 hours.
