The first impressions welcome you with a sparkling spice and grapefruit essence, with a combined fragrance that opens and creates a refreshing contrast to the lavender and cypress. This is followed by the characteristic aquatic accords of Acqua di Giò. The strength of the sea itself, however, surfaces with the smoky patchouli and woody mineral accord in the finish.

Story of the fragrance:
The perfume designer Alberto Morillas built on the heritage of the iconic fragrance Acqua di Giò and created a more intense version of it. The flacon is clad in matt blue shades that progress from light to dark depths, symbolising the power of the ocean. The campaign also equates the fragrance with a man who finds renewal in the power of the sea. Giorgio Armani also connects this fragrance to the philosophy of sustainability – through the Acqua for Life initiative he is helping to ensure access to drinking water in areas where it is lacking.
