Step 1
Use the foundation brush to apply your favourite foundation and even out your skin tone.

Use a smaller round brush and a cream colour to outline your skull makeup. A white outline will play up the neon illusion.

Use the RT310 blending eyeshadow brush from the Everyday Essentials line to apply a pink neon shade on top of your outline, and blend it out.

Take a smaller and more compact brush to apply the darkest black shade to the inner part of the skull for an illusion of depth.

Use a precision eyeliner brush to bring out the lines of the skull you have created at the beginning.

Do your eye makeup using the same method. First, take a larger blending brush and blend out a neon pink eyeshadow.
Step 7
To finish and complement the shades on your face, apply a black eyeshadow to your movable lid with a smaller flat brush.
Step 8
Since the eye is part of the skull, draw a white line along your brow bone.
Step 9
Cover up imperfections under your eyes with a concealer and a makeup sponge that will give you more control while working your products in.
Step 10
Finally, take a slanted brush and fill in your eyebrows to perfectly match your dramatic eye look. Finish your entire makeup with a suitable dark or completely black lipstick.
