Classic brush
Theclassic bristle brush comes in different shapes and sizes. They can be thicker or thinner, or shaped like the number 8. These mascara types often promise large volume as they are able to cover the eyelashes with a thick layer of the product. When choosing a classic brush, take into account the shape of your own eye and the length of your eyelashes – a brush that is too thick will tend to press against your eyelid and one that is too long will be difficult to handle.
Silicone brush
Silicone brushes most often have shorter and thicker bristles placed further apart, or bristles of different lengths. All these technical parameters will help create longer, separated and defined eyelashes, so the mascara is a lengthening mascara. Often they have smaller bristles at the end of the brush, thanks to which you can get to the tiny eyelashes in the corners of your eyes. The result is well brushed, natural looking, long eyelashes.
One is never enough
How can you choose if you want both volume and length? Decide according to the occasion. For daily use, choose a mascara that you are comfortable with and that looks as natural as possible. In the evening, you can swap it for a really dramatic effect, or you can layer various mascaras as you wish.
