Advent relaxation
Do you remember that divine feeling of relaxation you get when a beauty therapist massages your entire face using gentle circular movements? Try indulging in a similar pleasure at home. You can include a facial massage as part of your morning or evening beauty routine.
It doesn’t matter whether you choose a massage roller, gua sha or some sort of hi-tech gadget, your skin will appreciate (ideally) a regular massage. Gentle, relaxing and stimulating your circulation pleasantly. It reduces puffiness, has an anti-ageing effect, strengthens facial muscles and brightens your skin in the long term. How do you go about it? Ideally, apply a facial oil to the skin and use your chosen tool to move from the nose to the edges of the face, then from the eyebrows upwards and to the sides. Don’t forget about your jaw and neck, again moving upwards. Repeat the process for at least five minutes.
