During your shower or bath, don't forget the massage brush or massage glove and give your body a boost of energy with soft gentle movements. It's a great way to remove dead skin cells, and it brightens the skin beautifully. And you feel reborn!

For beauty and health of both body and soul

Brushing and massaging awakens the circulatory system, which is more effective for the body and mind than the ultimate energy drink. Especially in the morning! Brushing can also "kick-start" the lymphatic system, which in turn helps to remove impurities and toxins from the body. But in order to be effective, the lymph has to have somewhere to flow.  

To Christmas without cellulite 

That's probably wishful thinking for many of you, and not just during the holidays. Does the orange peel skin on the thighs and buttocks keep resisting? Don't forget that the condition of your lymphatic system (in addition to genetics and lifestyle) is also to blame. If it is on strike, encourage it with exercise, a sufficient fluid intake and regular massages or brushing.
