Miracles on demand
A facial toner completes the cleansing process. So you should reach for it when you’re done with removing makeup and impurities that have accumulated throughout the day (by double-cleansing, of course). That’s when it’s time for toner. Apply a small amount to a clean makeup remover pad and work it into the skin. Then move straight on to your facial serum and night cream (and eye cream).
Toner soothes the skin after all of your cleansing procedures, providing hydration, gentle exfoliation and radiance while rebalancing it and its pH. And most importantly, it prepares the skin for the application of other products, allowing for maximum penetration. It can also help you when you want to apply facial oil. You’d usually apply it to a damp face. Try dampening your face with a toner rather than water.
