How to apply:
Apply the GLOW IN THE DARK mini nail polish to clean nails, either on its own or as a top coat over a light shade. For the best glow-in-the-dark effect, allow the polish to charge under natural or UV light.

Notino tip:
For a more intense glow, apply 2 layers of polish and allow them to dry completely. It will shine brightest over a white or light-coloured base coat.
