How to apply:
Mix Joico Blonde Life toner in a ratio of 1 : 1 with Joico LumiShine developer. Using the application bottle, apply the mixture to damp, towel-dried hair and leave on for a maximum of 5 minutes. Finish by rinsing off thoroughly.
