Ingredients:

lavender essential oil – excellent for its soothing effect and provides relief from stress and insomnia

How to apply:
Pour three-quarters of a capful of the salt into running water at a temperature of around 36 to 38 °C. Ideally, your bath should last for 15 to 20 minutes.
