How to apply:
Use Lancaster Skin Essentials Comforting Perfecting Toner on clean skin without any make-up. Apply a few drops to a cotton pad and gently wipe your entire face from the middle outwards. Take a new cotton pad, apply the toner again, wipe your face, and repeat until the cotton pad stays completely clean. Do not wash off.
