How to apply:
Start by applying a thin layer of eyeshadow base to the entire eyelid, and blend out evenly. Then use the eyeshadows from the Lorac PRO palette. Apply them with a brush, a sponge applicator or your fingertips. The eyeshadows can be used wet or dry.
