How to apply:
Apply the Mario Badescu Witch Hazel & Lavender toner twice a day after cleansing your skin. Moisten a cotton pad with the toner and wipe the entire face with it in smooth movements from the centre to the edges of the face. Wipe the skin until the cotton pad is no longer clean. Avoid the eye area. If the toner gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water immediately.
