How to apply:
Apply a thin layer of OPI Start to Finish nail polish to your clean, grease-fee nails. Leave to dry for two minutes and then apply colourful nail polish. After the colour dries, apply a thin layer of OPI Start to Finish again.
Notino tip:
Before the primer, apply OPI Bond Aid liquid to your nails to balance the pH of the nail plate and improve the adhesion of the nail polish.
