How to use:
Use the elastic strap to attach the Rehabiq lumbar support to your chair or seat. Sit as close as you can to the backrest, lean forwards slightly and place the lumbar support lengthways along the entire width of your lower back. Slowly sit back and lean on the backrest in such a way that the lumbar support keeps your lower back arched as you sit.
