- Tried the BUXOM lip balm. That's some good quality lip balm. Very good at moisturising the lips, even a slight layer stays on for quite some time. The plumping effect is there, but not dramatic, which I prefer. No strong scent, no stickiness. Texture’s okay, not greasy. - I layer it on during the day, and yet my lips don't feel heavy - on the contrary, they are supple and fresh. I also like the subtle shine, which gives my lips a well-groomed look. After a few days of use, my lips looked visibly better, and the balm also wears well under any lipstick.
