Saffee Cleansing oil-to-milk make-up remover combines 2 steps of make-up removal in one product. Oil texture first dissolves even very durable make-up quickly and effectively. Adding water in the second step turns the oil into milk, which simply washes the remaining make-up and dirt away.

How to apply:
