How to use:
Before applying the Therabody PowerDot Replacement Pads Gen 2.0 electrodes, cleanse your skin with a saline or alcohol-based solution. Remove any sweat or excess sebum. Keep the adhesive side of the pad clean. Use alcohol wipes to remove any dust or dirt. When you are not using the electrodes, attach them to the safety film and store them in a cool place. Replace the electrode pads when they no longer adhere to the skin, have dirt on the adhesive side, or when you feel an unpleasant tingling sensation during stimulation.
