A 1976 classic that will capture your heart

The Van Cleef & Arpels First Eau de Parfum for women is like a beautiful bouquet of jasmine flowers interwoven with refreshing citrus. Created almost 50 years ago, it remains a classic to this day, getting deep under your skin and captivating you entirely with its heady notes of jasmine and sweetly intoxicating tuberose.

  • a classic floral, aldehyde fragrance
  • launched back in 1976
  • also available as an Eau de Toilette

Composition of the fragrance
The sensual play opens with juicy notes of sour currant and sweet peach, which are complemented perfectly by juicy mandarin and refreshing raspberries. Then the fragrance gives prominence to heady jasmine and intoxicating, sweet lily of the valley. In the end, this sweet flower show is followed by warming notes of sandalwood, yet accompanied by subtly smoky vetiver, powdery amber and warming, deeply spicy civet.

Story of the fragrance
The First Eau de Parfum is the first ever fragrance created for Van Cleef & Arpels by the perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena. Its bottle is inspired by the Snowflake High Jewelry collection – its elegant shape embodying feminine curves is crowned with a loop reminiscent of the earrings from the same collection.
