How to apply:
Mix the Illumina Color with the Welloxon Perfect 12% developer to lighten your hair by 3 shades, 9% developer for a 2-shade difference, and 6% developer to lighten the hair by one shade, covering of grey hair, or to dye your hair with the same or darker shade.
