How to apply:
Apply the Wella Shockwaves Rough-Cut styling paste to dry or wet hair. Choose the right amount for your needs – the more product you use, the more texture your hair will have. Pick up the paste with your fingertips and rub them together until they turn white, then work the product into your hair by pressing and squeezing.
