Tutorial: Glossy Makeup. Fall in Love with the Glowy Skin Trend!

Gloss on your cheekbones, cheeks, lips or eyelids? This look is popular in Korea, but it’s also loved by people such as Hailey Bieber. And you don’t have to worry about not managing it at home on your own. We have detailed instructions on how to do it.

How to do glossy makeup

1. Glowing skin needs to be perfectly hydrated. So start with a hydrating serum and moisturiser. Then spray your face with the Urban Decay All Nighter Ultra Glow brightening setting spray.
2. Follow this with an additional layer of gloss in the form of the illuminating Estée Lauder Futurist Aqua Brilliance™ primer. This primer also moisturises, smooths and extends the wear of your makeup.
3. Even out your skin tone with the moisturising Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear Care & Glow foundation.
4. Light up the apples of your cheeks with the Clinique Blushing Blush™ Powder Blush and highlight raised areas of the face such as the cheekbones, the edge of the nose or the cupid’s bow with the Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess highlighter.

5. The glossy look goes well with brilliant eyes. Highlight them with the Lancôme Ombre Hypnôse Stylo eyeshadow stick and the Urban Decay Moondust Space Cowboy eyeshadow. Your lashes will look good with several layers of the Lancôme Lash Idôle mascara.
6. Apply the Lancôme L’Absolu Rouge Cream lipstick to your lips, then go over them with the Lancôme L’Absolu Gloss Rôsy Plump lip gloss.
7. For extra gloss, you can really brighten up your cheeks with the Shiseido Crystal GelGloss lip gloss. It’s probably not for everyday wear, but you’ll be sure to dazzle in the evenings.
8. Finally, set your makeup with the Urban Decay All Nighter Ultra Glow spray.
