How to apply:
Mattify the nails with a nail file and remove any oil. Next, apply a base coat and cure it under a UV/LED lamp. Then apply a layer of the coloured nail polish and cure it. Apply another layer of the coloured nail polish and spray it with the NEONAIL Baby Boomer Airbrush powder in accordance with your preference and desired colour intensity. Finally, apply a top coat and cure once again.
