Saffee ClearDerm Anti-blemish Micellar Water for problematic skin removes makeup and impurities gently and effectively without dehydrating. How to use:
Shake the micellar water before use. Apply it in the morning and evening using a cotton pad, and remove makeup and impurities gently from your skin including your eye area and cleavage.
