We try to keep products in stock at all times, but sometimes manufacturers can experience shortages and restocking can take a while. So that you don’t have to keep checking the out of stock page, click the Check Availability button and we’ll let you know by email as soon as a product is back in stock.

We have several options for you to get samples of perfumes or cosmetics:

• Samples are included free of charge with orders in line with current campaigns and sample stocks. You cannot usually choose which sample comes with your order.
• Try It First: If you are planning to buy perfumes or cosmetics and you’re not sure a product is right for you, you can tick the Try It First box in your order. We will send you a sample of the same product with the fragrance/cream ordered. You can try the product sample first, and if it suits you, keep the full-size pack. If, on the other hand, the sample doesn’t suit you, just return the full-size pack for free. You can use a prepaid service from DPD or another carrier and we’ll cover the delivery costs for you.
• My Discovery Box: Sometimes one sample just isn’t enough. That’s why we’ve created the My Discovery Box service. For a great price, you can choose 5 samples of perfumes, makeup or hair care products. We will pack the samples into a nice box, and you can try the products that appeal to you in the comfort of your own home.
• Beauty Box: If you enjoy testing new and exciting products, then you’ll love our themed Beauty Boxes. They contain regular-size products, but you can often find smaller travel packs, miniatures or samples. Try out luxury perfume brands, Korean skincare products, and various trending products and specials. The real value of the box is always far higher than the sale price.

Yes, all products sold on Notino are original. Notino sells original cosmetics, perfumes, and other beauty products from both global and local brands. We cooperate with top producers and brands such as DIOR, Yves Saint Laurent, Hugo Boss, Lancôme, Estée Lauder, Armani or Versace.

Products are made in various countries all over the world depending on where a brand has its production plants. The country of origin then may vary by the brand, product or individual batch. Notino does not manufacture the products but sells them to customers around Europe.

No. Notino does not sell fake or non-original goods. All products sold on Notino are original.

Product authenticity is one of our top priorities. We cooperate with the world's top beauty brands and suppliers, and have authenticity and quality control procedures in place. Thanks to this we can offer original perfumes, cosmetics and other beauty products to customers all over Europe.

No. Some manufacturers are moving away from packing boxes in cellophane because they are trying to reduce the volume of plastic in the production and shipping of goods.

Sometimes it just happens that the packaging gets crumpled or torn during shipping or storage. It is, however, a new, unopened product with 100% of its contents. So if you don’t intend to give the product as a gift, choose this option to save money. 

The photos are always for illustration purposes only. We try to make sure the website always has up-to-date information and photographs, but we stock a lot of products and sometimes the manufacturers change their designs.

As soon as we get a product in new packaging in stock, we photograph it and display the photos in the online store. This process can take time, however. We also usually have old stock with the original packaging, which we will continue to sell until it is out of stock. It may happen that you see a photo of the new packaging in the online store, but you get the original packaging in your shipment, or vice versa.  However, it is still a genuine, quality product.

Due to innovations, the content of a product may also change slightly. We recommend checking a product’s content/ingredients list directly on the packaging for potential changes. The manufacturer is responsible for product composition.

There’s no need to worry about the quality or “freshness” of the products. At Notino, we handle hundreds of thousands of orders every day, which means that none of the products stay in our warehouses for long. We do not provide a specific expiry date on the website due to high product turnover.

Since the summer of 2022, we have been required by law to mark every review with an information tag that discloses the review’s origins. You’ll learn whether the review was written by one of our customers (meaning it is verified), whether the reviewer received the item as a free gift, or whether the review is by someone who purchased the item somewhere other than at Notino.
